General Conditions
Car hire in Corfu can be misleading as there might be numerous
additional costs that you must pay on arrival. These costs vary
from car hire company to car hire company but the fact is that
you end up paying more than what was quoted initially.
We provide our customers an honest approach with no hidden costs
or last minute extra charges stating very clearly what is
included, and what is not, in the price of the rental.
The Rental Price
Includes Cancellations and
Amendment Charges
FREE amendments and FREE
booking cancellations. If you choose to cancel or modify for any
reason your booking, you will not pay any cancellation fee.
Please, we simply ask to be informed as soon as possible so we
can offer your car to another customer.
Deliveries and Collections
FREE of charge anywhere around Corfu anytime.
Additional Drivers
Free additional drivers as long as the names are provided on
arrival.
Insurance
Fully Comprehensive Insurance without excess including
unlimited civil liability, damage or accident to third
parties (CDW), theft of the vehicle (TP), bail bond where
applicable and personal accident insurance for the occupants
of the rented vehicle.
Mileage
Unlimited Mileage.
Taxes
All local Taxes are included (VAT and IGIC for Corfu
Island)
Road Assistance
In the unlikely event of any mechanical
difficulties, it is important that details are
reported to the local car hire company which contact
information is shown on your voucher or rental
agreement.
In case of need of technical road assistance,
a phone number is disposed to drivers 365 days a
year, 24 hours a day. You can find this number with
the documentation of the vehicle.
Child and Booster Seats
Child and booster seats are available Free of charge
in most locations. In some places there is a small
supplement.
CHILD SEATS are suitable for babies from 6/9 months
old up to young children of approximately 2 years of
age. Meanwhile BOOSTER SEATS are normally suitable
from 9/12 months until approximately 5 years of age.
Either Child Seats or Booster Seats are manufactured
to European safety standards. Please note child
seats are never "pre-installed" for security
reasons; they must be fitted by the parent or
guardian prior to the start of the rental.
Pay on Arrival.

Paying on arrival ensures you not to give your
credit card details until you collect the vehicle.
We believe that the best security we can offer is
not to ask private credit card information until you
have to make the payment. It couldn’t be
safer!
We also have secure servers using an advanced
encryption technology that seals the information in
a vault only authorised personnel can see.
Please note that a major credit card will be needed
on arrival to make the payment.
The
Rental Price DOES NOT Include
Fuel
Fuel Fuel used during the rental is not included
in the price.
In some locations vehicles are supplied with
a full tank of petrol and should be returned
empty. In this case you will be asked to pay the
fuel at the beginning of the rental and remember
to return the car as empty as possible as the
value of any unused fuel will not be returned.
The value of the fuel depends on the model and
ranges approximately between EUR 38 to EUR 60.
(£25 - £42). With this petrol policy
(full/empty) there is not need for checking
vehicles at the end of the rental, just park the
car and go directly to take your flight without
wasting any time at airport car park. This is
especially handy for drivers like me arriving
just in time for the check-in. For a rental
length up to 3 days you can ask our
representative to return it full so you do not
have to pay the whole petrol tank. In other
locations vehicles are supplied with a full tank
of fuel but with the difference that you can
return it full (full/full) so you do not get
charged for the petrol. With this option you
need to fill up the fuel tank in a Spanish
petrol station nearly at the end of your rental.
Please also bear in mind that you need to return
the car a bit before departure as our
representative needs to check the fuel tank to
see that it has been returned with the same
amount of petrol as it was taken. Once you make
the booking a voucher is sent via email with all
the information you need such as fuel
information, contact telephone numbers, vehicle
collection details and payment details for your
convenience.
Car Key Lost
Replacement of the lost keys is not included. If you
are unfortunate enough to lose your car keys during
the car rental period you might be charged 100 €.
Please, take care of the car keys while they are
with you.
Traffic Fines Parking and speeding fines incurred during the
rental are at your own risk.

Information
Flight Information Flight Information is important because if your
flight is delayed we hold it until you arrive to
your destination.
Car Type Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a
particular make or car model. The vehicle shown on
our website is for guidance only and may be
substituted for an similar alternative or upgraded
car at no extra cost.
Driving licence All drivers must produce a Full Driving License
valid in the EU, held for a minimum of one year. The
minimum age required is 21 years old in most places.
However, if you are under 21 please send us an email
to:

dates, car type and we will send you a quote.
It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that
they have the appropriate driving licence.
Driving Restrictions Cars can not be taken abroad.
Payment
Payment can be made using a credit card such as VISA
or MASTERCARD. In some locations Cash is also
possible as a method of payment. Please send us an
email stating the pick up location, dates, car type
and we will let you know whether you can pay by cash
or not:

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect
the loss, misuse and alteration of the information
under our control. Our secure servers are designed
to prevent unauthorized access with the latest
security technology. We do not keep any credit card
information as the payment is made on arrival.
